Some workshops will be in person in Williamsburg, NY, but joining via Zoom will always be available. Members can join ongoing WhatsApp group to stay connected, ask questions, collaborate, etc.

  • Yes! Meetings are virtual on Zoom, 7pm EST.

  • No problem! Video recordings for everything but the group discussion will be available upon request, so you can still compelte, even if you can’t make the live session.

  • Each session combines ancient wisdom from Eastern medicine and yoga with research-backed nutrition and psychology. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all plan, Katie will guide you towards your own body wisdom and intuition to make a plan that feels good for you.

  • Not for this program, however I do take Aetna for 1:1 sessions.

  • We offer flexible pricing and payment plans upon discussion. Reach out to learn more!

  • This program uses science to build and break habits that serve optimal wellness without breaking the bank, a restrictive diet or boring exercise plan. You will discover wellness rituals that feel good and that you’ll want to maintain throughout the year.
