The seed of KAI Wellness was planted when I learned to fuel my body for dance, realizing how empowering it is when food and movement work with you, not against you.
My love for nutrition expanded to include all aspects of holistic health. To feel my most optimal and embodied self, I had to learn the importance of rest, nature, laughing with friends, self-compassion, listening to my gut-feeling, and cuddling with pets. My strong desire to be in service to others along their path to wellbeing has lead me here.
More about me:
My hobbies: dancing of any kind, vintage shopping, jewelry making, hiking, paddle boarding, trying Brooklyn coffee shops, house music, and playing with Frankie (the orange and white dog).
